ITEMS: The items are realized right after the order is placed, therefore the shipments to Italy and Europe (EU) will be delivered within 5 working days since the order is placed. Delivery times may vary for country of destination according to the SDA Freight Forwarder arrangements.


NB: The freight forwarder does not deliver on the following public holidays:

The client will be able to track the status of his delivery by browsing on SDA website ( and searching the consignment note number under the heading “search your shipment”, which you will receive after the order placement.



As soon as the order is delivered, we kindly ask you to carefully inspect the package before signing it as a proof of delivery.

If, for any reasons, the package seems to be tampered, or, the adhesive tape is not untouched, the clients are kindly asked to sign the delivery, subjected to verifications, or, to refuse the delivery.

Whether the delivery will be accepted with an unauthorized signature or should there be proofs of tampering, we kindly ask you to immediately report the facts to the Freight Forwarder and contact INSANE ELEVEN at the following email address: If the package is damaged, or if some items are missing, the packaging must be kept for further checks. Any notification concerning damages, lacks or delivery to a wrong address must be notified on the website, up to a maximum of 8 days from the delivery. Otherwise, the mentioned notification will not be accepted.

Every client placing an order establishes a business relationship with, and, therefore commits himself to accept the delivery of the package. If the package is not delivered due to problems caused by the client (wrong address, continuous absence of the recipient, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or, if the client refuses the delivery, the shipping fees and likely custom fees will be deducted from the amount refunded to the client.
